Our mission is a promise to create a more inclusive and compassionate world for all, one where every individual's unique needs and aspirations are met with care and dedication.
For the past 4 months Connect Home Support have been visiting my 17 year old grandson who has
ASD and experiences difficulty in maintaining focus. They visit on a weekly basis providing both community access and capacity building and my Grandson gets on extremely well with the support worker and looks forward to the visits, He is keen that they are not just a ‘Baby Sitter’ and the Connect support worker provides confident
communication and appropriate motivation when required. I observe the Connect support worker is genuinely interested in the wellbeing of my Grandson and communicates with him, his siblings and me in a respectful, compassionate and considered manner.
